We offer fast and secure Shipping options using Purolator. Shipping is free in Canada and the United States with a purchase over 50$ CAD. We offer reasonable express shipping rates if you are in a rush. In the UK and Europe we offer fast and secure shipping using DHL for a very reasonable rate. We are working hard to offer free shipping in the UK and Europe in the future. 
 

Returns

We want you to love your Ortema products and believe that you shouldn't buy things you don't need or won't use. That is why we offer returns for up to 21 days after purchase. Items must be returnable in original condition. This means returned items must not have been worn, altered, or damaged, and must include all original packaging and tags. 


How can I make a return?

1. Contact us at prosportprotection@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

2. After we have confirmed you are eligible to return your item, post the package to:

3. Package the item with your order number and return it via your local Post Office

Once we have received the items and confirmed they are in good condition and the reason for the return is valid we will process the refund.

Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to arrange and pay for returns and so when choosing a delivery service to return the item(s) we recommend that you obtain proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for items that do not reach us. Please note that Express costs are non-refundable. Therefore, if you receive a refund the cost of express shipping will be deducted from your refund.

I received a damage, defective or incorrect item, what do I do?
If you’ve received an order containing a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the issue – we’ll do our best to make it right.
